Brussels Sprouts on a stalk are highly satisfying to pop off the stalk

This week we will be heading up to the cabin to give thanks with my mom and brother Ryan.  I will be bringing I Can't Believe It's Not Sweet Potato Casserole which I make every year, Saigon Brussels Sprouts and for dessert, we will be having Trader Joe's Mini Pumpkin Pies.
