For Me


I do things for myself for the sake of balance, without apology. This year, these are a few things I've done to put smile on MY face:

Gotten accupuncture to combat migraines (resulting in other great symptoms, too)

Signed up for a Class in 2011: Writing for Children

Practiced Yoga

Danced (Cardio Jams class where I workout)
